Getting Started

Q: How do I schedule my first session?
A: You can schedule your first session by filling out the interest form on my website or contacting me directly. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation call to determine if we’re a good fit.

Additional Questions

Q: How do I know if therapy is right for me?
A: Therapy can be a great resource if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to better understand yourself. If you’re unsure, schedule a free consultation call to explore whether therapy with me is the right fit for you.
